When doing a make over in phases, I like to look at the overall plan of the make over and what are the first steps in doing this type of project.

Your budget will play into the phases as well as what are your priorities. Once your plan is in place, the prep work will begin. There are the obvious investments in a make over such as flooring, new tub, shower, sink, and or commode.

These are your typical big items that are dealt with when doing a make over. One idea is to consider just doing a couple of things for now. I wanted to give you a few simple ideas on doing simple improvements for your bathroom
